Hi. I’m Jeremy. I’m a web nerd.
And you’ll love me.
I write. I code. And make a mean martini.

Say hello.

Twollow and CodeIgniter

Have you twied Twollow yet? I’m excited about this service, but I await further developments and refinements that’ll make it even better.

My experience so far has been pretty cool. For about a week I added CodeIgniter as a keyword, amongst some other nerdy web keywords. My Twitter account pretty much immediately started getting flooded with new followees.

It was exciting to see the number of CodeIgniter users out there, that I can now connect with. At the same time, the mass add-age of people was a bit overwhelming, and I eventually conceeded to remove many of the keywords from my Twollow settings.

It seems now they’ve added some new features, which I have yet to twy out, but, I hope that being able to monitor the Twittersphere for keywords will become more fun and useful without auto-follow activated.

hello from (not so) sunny grand rapids.

welcome to grand rapids.

i’m here this week for the internet ministry conference with several of my current and former colleagues and some other folks i’ve worked with in some capacity along the way. cool!

looking forward to spending some time this week reconnecting with my web 2.0 mojo. this being my 4th time, i always find the week to be an intense time of sleep deprivation, overcaffienation and inspiration to continue to strive for using the interwebz for more than just an online brochure.

anyway, that’s all i’ve got for now. i’m stuffed with a chicken quesadilla right now and looking forward to frivolity later this week involving my coworker Liz’s birthday and the giant water slide aimed at a tiny pool which sits just outside my window. should be a real bang.. or splash.. not sure how deep the pool is..

hot tub here i come..
